Sunday the 17th while working the ARRL International CW Contest. I had about 3/4 of an inch of snow fall at the QTH. Our elevation is 1,200 feet and thats fairly low for snow in California. It snowed from 6:00am to 9:00am local and was all melted by 12:00pm. Up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, not too far from my home they have received over 14 feet of snow so far for the month of February. As for the CW contest I made about 47 contacts over 2 hours using 100W and a wire dipole.
View out the window watching the snow melt.
